This web site was created to show everyone that the Credit Card Companies and Banks are still making victims of many of us just using different formats. I will post copies of ALL the crap I have received in the mail trying to make a bigger victim than I already have become. My mortgage company would not even let me make payments so that I wouldn't fall even farther behind with my payments than I was while we worked out a solution!

So, here was MY situation, I started with a mortgage of $107,000.00. When housing prices jumped up I borrowed it took my mortgage up to $144,000.00, I knew it would do this. As I understood the refinance I thought I could miss 2 payments(VA Mortgage). After I missed the second payment I was told that I could miss only ONE payment. I said OK lets split the payment I missed in half and I'll pay it back in 2 payments. I was told that I could do that only if the mortgage company agreed to it. They didn't, so I paid late fees for a year, then I decided to try to settle, this took 2 years and I could make no payments while we worked it out. This added $33,000.00 to my mortgage balance and during this time my property value was falling. Next year my home will have gone from about $166,000.00 to $61,000.00.

What that means is that I couldn't refinance my mortgage for a year until I had a years worth of current payments. I tried to do a refinance with MIC (Mortgage Investors Corporation, #1VA Lender) and was told that I couldn't because of my mortgage payment history.

Some of you are getting a break with your mortgage payments and balances but not nearly all of us. Will the difference be enough to re-elect the president?

Well, I guess some of you are going to get some relief from the greed your neighbors have perpetrated against you but not nearly all of us.
